You will ensure Maxim’s equipment is maintained in a cost efficient manner while sustaining long‑term customer relationships.What will your responsibilities be?Manage Preventative Maintenance and Safety Schedule via arranging appointments, tracking compliance and communicating with customersSchedules Rental and leasing unit repairs into shop and arranges sublet repairsReviews Repair Orders for Invoicing – issues Purchase OrdersMaintains ongoing communication and relationship with customers via regular updates and meetingsOther duties as assignedWhat do you need to succeed in this position?2+ years of frontline customer service experienceSolid understanding of debits/credits and invoicingExperience in a fleet setting preferredExperience in the heavy‑duty truck/trailer industry ( or a related industry)
