In this role, you'll be a Motivator who directly influences Member satisfaction at GoodLife Fitness Clubs. Welcoming members, addressing their inquiries, and fostering a positive atmosphere will be your daily objectives. Additionally, you'll develop deep insights into membership offerings, ensuring valuable support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check-in Members effectively
• Assist Members with fitness-related questions and concerns
• Manage incoming calls and schedule member appointments
• Provide engaging Fit-Fix Starter sessions
• Keep the facility clean and welcoming
Requirements:
• Valid CPR-A & AED Certification
• Smart Tan certification mandatory within 3 months
• Interpersonal savvy and customer-centric mindset
• Solid written and verbal communication abilities
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
