This is a back office, high trust role. You'll be the person keeping schedules, workflows,
and day to day operations organized and running smoothly across multiple brands.What You'll Be DoingCore responsibilities:Calendar management, including reservation and meeting setting with remindersTravel bookingsContract markupsIssuing offer writingSOP management and coordinationInvoicingGeneral task management for the team, making sure everything moves through a proper workflowTeam budget trackingCross-departmental exposure:MarketingPublic relationsEvent productionSponsorshipWho You AreCurrently enrolled in a programInterested in growing into an assistant or coordination roleA strong understanding of general finance managementA strong communicatorHighly organizedHospitality or sales experience is a robust assetComfortable when the plan changes at the last minute (it will)A doer.
