What you'll do:We're offering an exciting opportunity for aTalent Operations Coordinator to join our People team.You'll play a key role in creating a seamless experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams while helping us improve the speed and efficiency of our hiring processes.Interview Coordination and Candidate ExperienceOwn and manage interview scheduling in close partnership with our recruiters and hiring teamsCommunicate clearly with candidates throughout the process, ensuring they receive an exceptional experienceCoordinate complex interview schedules across multiple stakeholders, locations, and time zonesParticipate in hiring kick-off calls and support recruiters throughout the recruitment processTalent Operations and Process ImprovementMaintain accurate and up-to-date information across our ATS and Talent Acquisition databasesInnovate and drive effectiveness through use of AISupport initiatives that strengthen our employer brandIdentify opportunities to improve hiring velocity by optimizing scheduling and operational processesMaintain strong data hygiene and identify opportunities for automation and greater efficiencyWho you are:Experience in an assistant, coordinator, or operational role within a fast-paced environmentGood acumen with AI tooling and solutionsExcellent organization and attention to detail,
