In this full-time position, your principal duties will include engaging clients through trusted relationships and overseeing operations when other staff are unavailable. You'll employ trauma-informed techniques and assist clients with everything from accessing essential services to managing crises effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Greet new clients and assess their immediate needs
• Conduct mental health check-ins regularly
• Provide necessary emotional and crisis support




• Document and follow up on all client interactions
• Help clients access meals, hygiene, and housing resources
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Mental Health, Addictions, or relevant experience
• Valid First Aid/CPR and crisis intervention training
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proven crisis management capabilities
• Clean Drivers Abstract and valid driver's license
