Job Description We are seeking an experienced

Java Full Stack Developer

to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using

Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, Microservices, and Kafka . The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and other technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions for

Banking and Wealth Management

platforms.

The role requires strong hands-on development experience across both frontend and backend technologies, along with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, system design, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using

Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Angular .

Design, develop, and integrate

RESTful APIs and microservices .

Build and implement event-driven solutions using

Apache Kafka .

Develop responsive and scalable frontend applications using

Angular .

Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, QA teams, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Translate

Banking and Wealth Management

business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Participate in system design, technical discussions, and architecture reviews.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Perform application performance optimization and troubleshooting.





Support application deployment, production releases, and production issues.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated software delivery processes.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with

Java/J2EE .

Strong experience with

Spring Boot and Spring Framework .

Good experience in

Angular

and frontend application development.

Strong knowledge of

REST APIs and Microservices Architecture .

Hands-on experience with

Apache Kafka

and event-driven architecture.

Strong understanding of full-stack application development.

Experience with software development lifecycle ( SDLC ).

Good understanding of

Agile/Scrum methodologies .

Experience working with

CI/CD

practices and tools.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Experience with system design, performance optimization, and production support.

Domain Expertise

Prior experience working with

Banking and/or Wealth Management platforms .

Understanding of financial services business processes and technology environments is preferred.

Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Robust ownership and accountability for deliverables.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
