This new role reports to the Operations Manager.Department OverviewPinchin's Property Condition Assessment / Building Science and Sustainability team delivers practical capital planning assessments and science-based solutions that enhance building owner's preparedness for the future and improve building performance, durability, and resiliency. Our multidisciplinary experts collaborate on assessments, restoration,



and design projects to help clients protect assets, manage risk, and extend the life of their buildings.Your Role And ActionProperty Condition AssessmentsDepreciation ReportsConducting visual site assessmentsTechnical report writingLiaising with clients and contractorsPreparing proposalsBusiness development with existing and new clientsWhat You'll Bring To PinchinDegree/Diploma in Engineering/Architectural Technology or equivalent experienceSound construction knowledge / understanding of various building systems in Canadian real estate development contextExperience conducting Baseline Property Condition Assessments in accordance with the ASTM2018-24 "Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments" would be an assetCommercial Building Inspector experience is an assetDeveloping Depreciation Reports experience is an assetProficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook)A valid driver's license, insurance & personal vehicle required (work related travel expenses will be compensated)Compensation And AssessmentPay ranges are listed as required by law.
