Reporting to the Autobody Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicles and components for refinishing while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.We are known as the Auto Group where "Customers Send Their Friends."ResponsibilitiesPrepare vehicles and components for paint by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming surfacesReview repair orders and work closely with Autobody Technicians and Painters to ensure efficient workflowRemove trim, moldings, and accessories as required for refinishingClean repaired areas and apply fillers and primers as necessaryPerform final surface inspections prior to paintingEnsure all work meets quality standards and manufacturer specificationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentProperly use and maintain all shop tools and equipmentFollow all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment, including respiratorsHandle paints, primers, solvents,
