and creative formats alongside the hostsResearch guests and topics and help prepare hosts for interviewsCoordinate guest outreach, scheduling, logistics, releases, and production needsCreate and maintain production calendars and ensure deadlines are metCollaborate with editors to ensure episodes are cut to the desired creative and editorial standardReview rough and final cuts and provide explicit, actionable notesIdentify compelling moments, stories, and conversations that can extend beyond the full episodeHelp maintain the podcast's overall voice, tone, and creative directionTroubleshoot production challenges and keep the team moving in a fast-paced environmentQualifications3+ years of experience producing podcasts or digital videoStrong understanding of podcast and YouTube production workflowsExperience managing projects from concept through final deliveryExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong editorial instincts and an eye for compelling storytellingComfortable working directly with talent, guests, editors, and creative teamsGenuine interest in podcasts, entertainment, lifestyle, and digital mediaComfortable working in fast-paced, weekly production cyclesDegree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field preferred
