We believe in offering an engaging, inclusive and supportive work environment where each team member can thrive.Your contribution!Operate the hydroelectric power plant as a service operator, performing routine monitoring and maintenance.Your day-to-day!Optimize the efficiency and output of the hydroelectric power plant by taking all necessary steps ( snow removal or general site snow management, etc.)Perform daily maintenance and repair work on the plant's equipment, the building, and the groundsTake all necessary steps to investigate and resolve alarm triggers generated by the hydroelectric power plant in order to minimize downtime (24-hour availability when in service)Operate heavy equipmentYour skills,
