We are currently expanding and have an opportunity for full time siding installers to join our team in Campbell River, BC. As a Foreman, you will work within a tight-knit team of industry professionals. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Installing various types of siding materials such as weatherproofing, exterior insulation, and exterior siding, including vinyl, fibre cement, wood, and metal. Performing precise measurements and material cuts. Following project plans, specifications, and building codes. Installing doors and windows as per specification. Operating and maintaining tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintaining a clean, organized work site and tool space. Filling out daily progress logs, safety and equipment paperwork. Setting up scaffolding. Caulking and paint touch ups. Communicating effectively with team members. Representing the company with upmost professionalism. About You

To qualify for this position, you will need to demonstrate construction and tools experience. In addition, this role requires a valid diver’s license and reliable transportation.



The following will be critical to successfully performing this role: Knowledge of siding systems, materials, and install methods. Experience with door and window installs. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret building plans and measurements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Experience with work-site safety guidelines and procedures. Ability to work at heights, such as on ladders or machine lifts. Ability to bend and lift materials. Proficient in using construction management software for time entry, daily logs, safety and quality program metrics, and other reporting. Familiarity with a construction environment and ability to manage crews with diverse backgrounds. Leadership skills and ability to train and develop junior employees. Willingness and capability to travel to surrounding communities. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
