Most of the work will be with air-powered hand tools, attached to various metal working materials (stones and abrasives). Polishers must be able to then measure the completed parts using manual metrology and/or CMMs, to qualify the sizes on their parts in addition to visually inspecting alternative defects. In some polishing areas, there may also be a requirement to edit and operate CNC surfacing equipment such as CNC Micro-Blast,
