Mission As a Senior Advisor, Technology Recovery & IT Resilience, you will own the organization's enterprise disaster recovery framework and play a key role in advancing operational resilience across the business. Working alongside Infrastructure, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business Continuity and external partners, you will drive strategic initiatives that ensure the organization's ability to recover and maintain critical technology services. Key Responsibilities Technology Recovery Governance Lead and evolve the enterprise disaster recovery governance framework. Define roles, responsibilities, escalation processes and corporate RACI structures. Ensure alignment with business continuity, cybersecurity, risk management and operational resilience programs. Provide executive-level reporting on program maturity, risks and key initiatives. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Disaster Recovery Strategy Develop and maintain enterprise-wide disaster recovery strategies covering critical infrastructure, cloud environments and strategic vendors. Align recovery objectives (RTO/RPO) with business requirements. Evaluate resilience and recovery capabilities of critical third-party providers. Continuously improve recovery strategies based on audits, emerging risks and technology evolution. Recovery Planning Establish standards, frameworks and methodologies for disaster recovery planning. Support application, platform and infrastructure owners in developing and maintaining recovery plans.



Maintain visibility of dependencies across applications, infrastructure and critical business services. Oversee critical asset inventories and recovery sequencing. Recovery Testing & Exercises Establish and manage the annual disaster recovery testing program. Coordinate failover, backup and recovery exercises across internal teams and external vendors. Lead post-exercise reviews and ensure remediation plans are implemented. Risk Management & Continuous Improvement Develop KPIs, executive dashboards and program maturity metrics. Support audit activities and regulatory reviews. Monitor recovery playbooks, strategies and resilience initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for operational resilience and disaster recovery audits. Support major technology incidents and cyber recovery initiatives. Your profile Qualifications & Experience 10 years of experience in Information Technology. Minimum 5 years focused on Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity or Operational Resilience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Experience operating within highly regulated environments. Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of: Disaster Recovery (DR) Business Continuity Management (BCM) Operational Resilience IT Risk Management Cybersecurity IT Governance ITSM RTO/RPO Frameworks Audit and Compliance Processes Exposure to: VMware Microsoft Azure SaaS platforms PaaS environments Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Outsourced Technology Services Leadership Competencies Robust stakeholder management and influencing skills.
