set-up reduction etc.)Promotes an workplace of continuous improvement and teamworkRemain current with relevant industry and production technologies in order to advance the manufacturing processes within the facilityBi-directional liaison between Engineering and production shop floorCommunicates customer change notices to the shop floor and provides feedback on discrepanciesAbility to perform minor fixture adjustments, layup of parts for FAI, trimmingAbility to perform measurements utilizing hand measuring tools, (calipers, micrometers)REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma, preferred w/ eligibility for CET or P.
