If you are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, client-focused care, we would love to hear from you.What You Should KnowLocation: Toronto / Etobicoke ON (patient homes 1 on 1homes)Schedule: Flexible hourly shifts — days, nights, weekdays, weekendsShift Length:12 hour shifts, either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7amWhat You'll DoNursing Care & Clinical SupportProvide skilled nursing care within RNscope of practicePerform tracheal suctioning as neededAdminister medications (oral, injectable, topical)Perform wound care, dressing changes, and skin assessmentsMonitor vital signs and assess changes in client conditionSupport chronic disease management and symptom controlCommunicate health concerns promptly to the Case Manager or healthcare teamDaily Living & Safety SupportAssist with personal care when required (bathing, grooming, toileting)Support safe mobility, positioning, and transfersReinforce safety strategies and fall-prevention measuresDocumentation & CommunicationComplete accurate nursing notes for each visitDocument observations, significant changes,
