Through your work, you will help create an setting where individuals are empowered, respected and supported to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in potentially high‐stress environments and apply positive behavioural support strategies and evidence‐based behavioural management principles to support safety, emotional regulation, and positive outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity and home‐based support opportunities (incl. 1:1 and group‐based settings) aligned with individual service plansSupport participation in community, social,
