For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.The OpportunityIn This Role You WillAnalyse external contractor bids to ensure the client receives full value for moneyCreate detailed estimates and cost plans for major MEP packages across the data center developmentEvaluate cost plans, design documentation, and project scopes to identify gaps and recommend mitigation strategiesMaintain an up‑to‑date library of local and regional MEP rates to support accurate estimatingOptimize project costs against budget constraints, including performing cost reviews, value engineering, and developing reliable cost estimatesProvide subject‑matter expertise and leadership in MEP estimating throughout all design and pre‑construction stagesBuild trust and credibility with internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and client stakeholdersSupport agile project management and efficient decision‑making through strong cost documentation and clear, proactive communicationWe Would Love To Hear From You If YouHave progressive experience and increasing responsibility as an Estimator or Cost Manager within the construction industryBring strong analytical skills and enjoy evaluating complex MEP technical dataAre an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writingThrive in a collaborative, friendly,
