The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Development, this position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across Human Resources functions, with a focus on Learning Management Systems (LMS), training & talent development, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and HR-related projects.

You Will

Learning Management System Administration

- Create and upload training courses to the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Develop, update, and maintain e-learning courses using iSpring and other e-learning authoring tools.
- Manage course assignments, generate training reports, and maintain accurate training records.
- Test, review, and proofread e-learning courses to ensure content quality and functionality.
- Respond to LMS-related inquiries and troubleshoot system issues by coordinating with the HRIS team.

Training Support

- Edit, translate, and proofread multilingual training materials (e.g., English and Chinese).
- Coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual training programs, including scheduling, materials preparation, venue or virtual platform setup, and participant communications.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding briefings to ensure a positive onboarding experience and communicate key company resources.
- Conduct one-month new hire check-ins to share key company information, address questions or concerns, and support employee integration.
- Coordinate and monitor mandatory compliance training, track completion status, send reminders to employees and managers, and maintain accurate training records to support regulatory and company policy requirements.
- Support employee learning initiatives and contribute to the successful delivery of company training programs and corporate events.

You Should Have / Be





- Possess intermediate to advance Microsoft Office technical skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of e-Learning software (e.g., iSpring)
- Possess strong interest and some experience / knowledge in the Human Resources field
- Possess or in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or business-related area an asset
- Self-learner to pick up new technology quickly,
- Experience in fast-paced retail environment is an asset
- Demonstrates a keen sense of urgency and commitment to meet multiple deadlines without compromising on work quality
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good spoken and written language skill, knowledge of Chinese is an asset, knowledge of French is a plus
- High level of integrity and ethics; able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Able to handle confidential information professionally and in an ethical manner
- High level of attention to details with quick accurate keyboarding skills
