Their Bridgewater office is home to a close-knit team that values communication, collaboration, and supporting one another. This is an office where people are encouraged to ask questions, learn from mistakes, and continue developing their skills. There is also a genuine understanding that life happens outside of work, and the team has built flexibility into the way they operate while still maintaining a strong commitment to their clients. The Opportunity:This is a client-facing insurance role focused primarily on auto insurance, with the opportunity to expand into other areas as your knowledge and experience grow. You'll spend your day helping clients with quotes, policy changes, renewals, coverage questions, and general service needs. You'll also have the opportunity to sit down with clients, review their existing coverage, help them better understand their policies, and identify other ways the team may be able to support them.Already have your General Insurance License? Fantastic. Don't have one yet? That doesn't necessarily rule you out.
