You lead a crew of 2–3 team members, mentor developing gardeners, manage job performance, and ensure every property reflects Hutten standards of professionalism and care.This role combines expert-level gardening skill with full leadership accountability.What You'll Be Responsible ForPlanning & ExecutionSupervise, coordinate, and execute the day-to-day work activities of a 2–3 person crewDelegate job tasks to ensure completion of property care services to Hutten standardsEnsure properties meet customer and company expectations for aesthetics, beauty, and functionOversee and complete warranty work according to Client Care packagesComplete contract services according to specificationsRegularly communicate with clients about ongoing property care requirements and report to the Account ManagerEnsure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and productivelyProperty Care ServicesEdging, spring cleanup of gardens, and mulchingOngoing garden management, weeding,
