Gibbons Snow Architects, located in downtown St. John’s, NL, is seeking senior designer or architect to lead design and project management of a wide range of projects including healthcare. The successful candidate will lead design and production teams from planning stages through detailed design.

Qualifications:

· Healthcare experience is essential.

· Architectural degree from a Canadian accredited program.

· 10 + years experience.

Responsibilities:

· Develop concepts and presentation materials.

· Lead the design team and oversee compliance with applicable codes and standards.

· Lead the overall project, providing internal and multi-discipline coordination.

· Develop internal workplans and schedules within the budget and scope parameters.

· Meet and correspond with clients on a regular basis.
