Join WoodGreen as a Youth Worker in the Clifton Program, focusing on support for youth aged 12 to 18. This part time position provides direct care and promotes an inclusive workplace. We are seeking a Relief Youth Worker who can deliver client-centered care while ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.

Your role will involve supervision and liaising with families and community partners to enhance youth engagement and support. This position emphasizes working from an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed perspective. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct youth care in a congregate setting
Foster an inclusive setting that respects diversity
Document and report on care activities
Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently
Actively participate in the facility's operation Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Child & Youth Work
Relevant experience in a similar setting preferred
First Aid/CPR certification required
Certification in managing aggressive behavior necessary
