Join WCLC as the Strategic Director of Operations & Infrastructure to lead transformative technology initiatives. Oversee critical infrastructure while ensuring high service performance across Western Canada.

The Strategic Director will report directly to the VP of Information Technology, shaping the technology strategy that drives WCLC's operational success. You will be responsible for leading essential initiatives within infrastructure and operations, enhancing service delivery, and enabling technology resilience to support our retail and lottery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Craft and implement a forward-thinking I&O; strategy
Lead technology resilience programs including disaster recovery
Ensure delivery of high-performance IT services across jurisdictions




Manage enterprise infrastructure lifecycle from planning to optimization
Engage with stakeholders to align technology and business strategies

Requirements:
Over 10 years of progressive IT experience
At least 5 years in leadership with direct budget responsibilities
Demonstrated history in cloud service and infrastructure management
Relevant degree or equivalent background
Previous experience in a heavily regulated business setting is advantageous
