We are seeking Career Coaches to support a professional development and AI training project. You'll use your career coaching expertise to participate in realistic one-on-one conversations. No prior AI experience is required.

Support professional development and workplace challenges.
Use active listening, questioning, and robust communication skills.
Adapt coaching to different career goals and professional backgrounds.
Provide practical and supportive career guidance.

Comfortable working remotely and participating in paired conversations.
