Elevate youth engagement with Heart Beatz as a Youth Development Coordinator. Implement programs, lead activities, and create a supportive setting conducive to youth development. In this role, you will be responsible for managing youth-centered programs that foster resilience, emotional growth, and teamwork.

Build cooperative relationships with youth and their families while maintaining safety standards. Evaluate program needs and ensure all activities adhere to Heart Beatz’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise youth during engaging programs
Develop and implement youth activities focused on growth
Ensure a clean and safe environment for participants
Collaborate with community partners and parents
Conduct evaluations and identify current programming needs Requirements:
CYC or CYW certification required
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Knowledge of youth engagement strategies
Robust communication and analytical skills
