Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, ensuring a memorable dining experience
Assist in food preparation and plating under the guidance of kitchen staff to support smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
Properly handle and store food items following safety protocols to prevent contamination
Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently while adhering to sanitation standards




Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning items
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and restaurant policies

Experience
Previous experience in a Indian restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food safety standards, and proper food handling techniques is advantageous
Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting can be beneficial but is not mandatory
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
Solid teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
