What you will do:
Deliver exceptional guest service.
Increase beverage upselling and positive online reviews.
Maintain honesty in POS entries, cash handling, and shift sales & tip reporting.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all guest areas.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Follow management directives promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Indian cuisine, dishes and ingredients.
Solid communication and customer service skills, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Experience with cloud-based POS systems.
Smart Serve certification is an asset.
Full time availability, including lunch, dinner, weekends, and holidays.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
