Hospital is looking for a part time Integrated Coordinator of Pharmacy Operations to enhance the pharmacy services at RMH and HHHS. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring readiness for Ontario College of Pharmacists assessments by managing audits, documentation, and workflow standardization. It’s vital for improving patient care quality in our community. Key Responsibilities:
Support dispensary operations coordination for RMH and HHHS
Manage OCP readiness through audits and compliance tracking
Ensure standardized pharmacy workflows across sites
Analyze metrics to enhance operational planning
Elevate workflow issues to pharmacy leadership Requirements:
Regulated Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist in Ontario
At least 5 years in hospital pharmacy
Solid understanding of OCP regulations
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Leverage your pharmacy expertise at Ross Memorial Hospital and support vital healthcare operations.
