Elms Weeping Tile is looking for a reliable, hardworking Full time Labourer to join our team.
If you're someone who enjoys working outdoors, doesn't mind getting your hands dirty, and takes pride in doing a job right, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting with residential foundation waterproofing and weeping tile installation.
Digging, shoveling, lifting and moving materials.
Operating and working around construction equipment.
Helping prepare and maintain job sites.
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Keeping work areas clean and organized.

What We're Looking For:
Reliable and punctual.
Physically fit and comfortable with hard, outdoor work.
Willing to learn and take direction.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Safety-minded with a positive attitude.
Previous construction or labour experience is an asset, but willing to train the right person.
Valid driver's license is required.
