Be part of the University of Waterloo as an Executive Assistant to the Dean in Waterloo, Ontario. This permanent, full time position prioritizes administrative excellence and team-oriented support for academic leadership.

Your role as Executive Assistant will center around managing the Dean’s schedule and coordinating administrative tasks. You will be involved in event planning, supporting key initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication within the Faculty of Health. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining the confidentiality and efficiency of the office. Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar and schedule appointments for the Dean
Organize and prepare essential paperwork for appointments
Plan and assist with events and committee meetings




Track and manage logistical details for university engagements
Collaborate on Indigenous initiatives and support events Requirements:
University degree required, with additional training preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support
Demonstrated event management and communication skills
Proven ability to handle confidential information effectively
Solid organizational capabilities and competency in Microsoft Office Leverage your experience in a rewarding position supporting academic leadership at the University of Waterloo.
