Take part in The Salvation Army's significant Christmas Kettle Campaign as a Volunteer Coordinator. This full time position focuses on supervising volunteer activities, scheduling shifts, and supporting community engagement. In your role as a Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the Christmas Kettle Campaign while fostering a positive environment for volunteers.

Supervise and coordinate Kettle Campaign worker activities
Manage volunteer schedules and orientation




Provide guidance on using volunteer management software
Maintain relationships with kettle locations
Assist with phone inquiries and service bookings Requirements:
Completion of High School or equivalent education
A year of experience in community program roles
Hold a valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
