Key Responsibilities:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various roles

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
At least 2 years in healthcare or advertising
Robust sourcing skills with Linked In Recruiter
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Experience analyzing recruiting metrics for improvement
