You'll oversee 3-4 active job sites, run daily huddles, confirm materials and work orders, and make sure every crew member knows exactly what needs to get done each day.This is a hands-on execution and organization role focused on keeping jobs on schedule and ensuring crews have clear direction. This is not a people-management position -- you'll be directing crews clearly, coordinating daily work,



and keeping each site running smoothly.What You'll DoConfirm the daily job site plan before the crew arrivesReview work orders and material orders prepared by our admin teamRun pre- and post-job huddles independentlyEnforce safety compliance and ensure daily forms are completedApprove daily crew time using ClockSharkFlag issues to the Production Manager the same day -- no surprisesManage 3-4 active job sites simultaneouslyWhat We're Looking ForStrong organizational skills -- able to manage multiple sites without dropping detailsClear, direct communication skillsComfortable with basic field technology, including ClockShark, SiteDocs, and reviewing work ordersSound judgment -- able to make decisions with the information available rather than waiting to be toldRoofing or trades experience is an asset, but not requiredWhat We Offer$26 to $30 per hour, based on experienceFull-time, Monday-Friday employmentStatutory benefits in accordance with BC Employment Standards, including vacation pay and statutory holidaysWorkSafeBC coverage
