Your role encompasses advancing program excellence while maintaining an understanding of sector dynamics. You will provide timely, evidence-informed advice to senior leadership, ensuring a robust partnership with various stakeholders in health and community services. Key Responsibilities:
Drive strategic leadership within Continuing Care initiatives
Assess and address operational pressures and risks
Advise on investment and policy development




Foster collaborative relationships across diverse sectors
Lead implementation of programs within regulatory boundaries Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree; a Master's is advantageous
Extensive experience in leadership roles in health systems
Solid analytical skills and strategic insight
Proven ability to influence and secure stakeholder buy-in
