Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will lead a small field team of fewer than 10 employees, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution while coordinating materials, tracking progress, and maintaining explicit communication with clients. Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction site activities and field team operations.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and site procedures.
Monitor construction quality and address issues promptly.
Track project progress and communicate updates to the Project Manager.




Coordinate materials and support timely delivery to the site.
Conduct regular site inspections.
Maintain accurate project documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction site supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree in Construction Management or a related field.
Blueprint reading skills.
Experience with quality control and project documentation.
Solid background and experience in formworks and concrete works
