You will be responsible for the color application process to ensure high production quality. You will work under the Department Manager with direct oversight from the Coating Team Leader. The position involves performing quality inspections, addressing any issues promptly, and maintaining accurate production records.

Your role will also include setups and ensuring a clean working workplace while following safety policies. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and monitor color application efficiently
Conduct quality inspections and resolve quality concerns
Document all production details in an organized manner
Help with the setup and disassembly of equipment
Maintain a protected and tidy workspace Requirements:
High School Diploma or Level 12 G.E.D.
No experience required; training provided
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Ability to troubleshoot and perform mechanical tasks
