Junior Technologist – Mechanical ProductionOverviewThis is an entry-level technologist position within the Mechanical Production team. The Junior Technologist is responsible for developing production methods, creating assembly work instructions, and supporting Manufacturing during the assembly phase. The role works closely with Manufacturing Engineering and production teams while receiving guidance from senior technologists.Key ResponsibilitiesManufacturing & Production SupportRecommend optimal assembly methods for easy mechanical components and assemblies.Interpret engineering concepts and clearly define assembly procedures within production routings.Create and maintain production work instructions according to approved processes.Support manufacturing operations during assembly and production activities.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with Manufacturing Engineering to support the release and production of mechanical assemblies.Coordinate with:Production PlanningPurchasingProject ManagersManufacturing TeamsOther production support groupsProduction Control & QualitySupport production schedules by identifying potential risks and recommending contingency plans.Integrate rework procedures resulting from non-conformances (NCR, DIN, SNAG, DR, TNR, ECN)
