This role is responsible for managing the delivery of projects across P&H divisions. The selected candidate will oversee project prioritization, resourcing, and delivery of enterprise projects, while ensuring project road maps, budgets, governance, and stakeholder updates are aligned with business objectives.Day to DayCollaborate with the Executive Team to determine projects and key performance indicatorsSupport overall project prioritization and develop short and long-term project road maps based on business needsManage multiple projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and deliveryCreate project charters and business cases to support project planning and informed decision-makingDevelop and support organizational change management plans for enterprise projectsTrack and report project budgets, including spend updates and budget requirementsManage vendor relationships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for projectsCollaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine project resourcing requirementsChair project steering committees and provide quarterly updates to the Executive TeamSet overall PMO governance, policies, standards,



and standard operating procedures for project management across P&HAssign tasks and deadlines to meet project deliverables while mentoring team members and supporting performance managementManage the PMO operating budget and support team administration, including leave requests and salary review processesOther related duties as requiredWhat You'll BringPost-secondary education in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldA valid PMP certification or working toward one is desiredA valid Organization Change Management certification or working toward one is desiredProven experience leading cross-functional projects—ideally in an agriculture or manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, business analysis, and functional requirements gatheringExceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholdersSolid understanding of change management principles and practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders, including VPs and C-suite leadersProficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools and softwareWillingness and ability to travel to other P&H offices within Canada as requiredWhy Join UsAt P&H, our people are our priority.
