Boomerang is looking for a Sports-Minded Sales Assistant to join its growing Toronto team. This is a hands-on sales role suited to individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, team-focused workplace and are motivated by targets, personal development and performance. No previous sales experience is required — full training and ongoing coaching are provided.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Assistant, you'll work across live retail and event-based campaigns, engaging customers face-to-face and supporting new customer acquisition.
You'll start conversations with potential customers, understand their needs, explain available
products, services and promotions, and help guide interested customers through the sales process.
You'll also work alongside the wider team to achieve daily sales goals, maintain a skilled
campaign environment and continually develop your confidence, communication and sales skills.
