About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant to join their procurement department in Kimberley . Key Responsibilities
Assist in processing purchase requisitions and generating purchase orders.
Communicate with suppliers to request quotes, confirm order details, and track delivery status.

Ensure all purchasing documents are correctly filed and organized for easy retrieval.
Help resolve basic discrepancies related to orders,

Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in purchasing.
Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel and Word.
