As a Recreation Aid, you will facilitate engaging programs that encourage residents' active participation in both leisure and therapeutic activities. Implement and adapt recreational programs for residents
Create inviting spaces that enhance participation
Build rapport with residents, families, and volunteers
Document residents' engagement and progress
Contribute to the improvement of the recreation program Requirements:
Experience with senior populations preferred
Degree or diploma in recreation or related field
Current enrollment in a relevant educational program
Knowledge of therapeutic approaches in recreation
