Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS if available
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales prospects
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards
Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service




Manage guest inquiries or concerns professionally, aiming to resolve issues quickly and effectively

Requirements
Prior food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while multitasking effectively
Basic math skills for handling cash, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Understanding of food handling, safety, sanitation, and proper serving techniques
Experience with food preparation or kitchen support is beneficial but not required
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide guest services that exceed expectations
