Position Overview The Client Billing & Operations Specialist supports the Commercial Risk Solutions team by overseeing the accurate and timely billing and collections processes, policy administration activities, and ensuring robust operational execution across the client lifecycle.



Leveraging insurance knowledge and brokerage experience, this role provides technical support, resolves issues proactively, and acts as a central coordination point between insurers, internal teams and clients.
