Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces to be painted or coated
Prepare and mix paints, coatings, and finishes according to specifications
Apply products using manual or automated equipment




Use computer systems related to painting procedures
Clean and maintain painting and protective equipment
Inspect the quality of the finish and perform any necessary touch-ups

Your profile
Attestation of Vocational Studies (AEP) or Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in industrial painting, or a Secondary School Diploma (DES) with three (3) years of equivalent experience in the field.
Positive knowledge of paints and their characteristics.
Strong ability to read and understand painting procedures and internal QCI procedures in both English and French.
May be required to perform any other related duties associated with the role.
Rigging and lifting, WHMIS, and forklift operation are assets.
A practical and/or theoretical test may be required for candidates.
