You will facilitate hands-on learning in the Veterinary Assistant and Technician programs by preparing lab materials and supervising students during live animal interactions. This position requires flexibility with a schedule of up to 16 hours per week across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare lab materials, including models and solutions
Evaluate student skills under faculty direction
Ensure labs are clean and organized
Maintain lab equipment as per protocols
Monitor compliance with safety regulations Requirements:
Diploma in Veterinary Technology required
Two years’ experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician
Registration in positive standing in Ontario
Fear Free certification preferred
