We welcome you to submit your application, if you are interested.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose all systems including engine, fuel, electrical, driveline and hydraulic systems on all makes/models of tractor-trailers and mounted equipmentConduct repairs and preventative maintenance on ALL makes/models of tractor-trailers and mounted equipmentComplete all necessary paperwork accuratelyPerform CVIP Inspections,



listing repairs and parts requiredNon related CVIP repairsTakes ownership of their jobsConduct regular maintenance on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performanceMaintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activitiesRequired Qualifications:Certified Red Seal Journeyman Heavy Duty On-Road/Off-Road/Oilfield MechanicDealership experience an asset, Cummins, CAT, Detroit, Paccar, IHC, MercedesClass 1 driver's license would be considered an asset but not requiredCVIP CertifiedDemonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy of all work orders, reports, etc.Positive approach to fix right the first time, true team player, NO bad habitsReliable and committed to delivering quality performance everydayStrong communication and organisational skillsWilling and able to work overtime when askedJob Types: Full time, PermanentSchedule:Monday to FridayLicence/Certification: Journeyman HD Mechanic or Apprenticeship Trade Licence (required)
