This position is ideal for a skilled aviation professional who is passionate about developing talent, sharing technical expertise, and ensuring technicians meet the highest industry standards.Position OverviewThe Aviation Technical Trainer is responsible for delivering engaging and effective technical training programs within an aviation MRO environment. This role focuses on engine module maintenance, helping technicians build the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to perform safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry regulations.ResponsibilitiesDeliver and facilitate classroom instruction, workshops, and hands‐on technical training focused on engine components and core maintenance modules.Prepare and manage the training environment, ensuring tools, equipment, materials, and safety standards reflect operational shop floor conditions.Administer and evaluate technical assessments and readiness evaluations, documenting trainee performance in accordance with established procedures.Monitor trainee progress through defined learning paths, identify competency gaps, and provide coaching or corrective guidance as needed.Validate technician competency in both theoretical knowledge and practical application,
