# Senior Program Manager, Salesforce TransformationApply**Job#: 3053773****Job Description:**Senior Program Manager, Salesforce TransformationLocation: Toronto, Ontario Duration: Initial 12-month contract with potential extension Job Type: Contract Work Model: Hybrid, minimum two days onsite per week with additional attendance based on project needsAbout the OpportunityA large enterprise organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the reset and delivery of a complex Salesforce transformation. This individual will oversee multiple technology workstreams, strengthen program governance, manage senior stakeholders, and help establish a scalable, standardized platform to replace legacy applications.Key Responsibilities· Lead the overall Salesforce transformation and platform reset from a technology delivery perspective.· Manage multiple technology workstreams, Project Managers, dependencies, risks, milestones, and competing priorities.· Establish effective program governance, delivery plans, reporting structures, and clear rules of engagement.· Partner with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are sufficiently defined before technology delivery begins.· Oversee data migration planning and delivery, including the identification and transfer of required program and operational data.· Coordinate with the systems integrator, third-party vendors, internal technology teams, and business leadership.· Provide clear program updates, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior executives.· Translate complex technical information into concise, business-focused communication for nontechnical stakeholders.· Challenge decisions and requirements that could lead to unnecessary customization, cost,



or delivery risk.· Perform hands-on project planning and tactical delivery activities when required.· Help transition the organization from one-off platform configurations to a repeatable and standardized onboarding model.· Lead effectively through ambiguity, changing direction, organizational complexity, and delivery pressure.Must-Have Qualifications· Demonstrated experience leading a major Salesforce implementation or transformation.· Strong experience overseeing complex data migration workstreams.· Proven success leading large-scale business and technology transformations.· Experience managing multiple technology workstreams, Project Managers, and cross-functional delivery teams.· Strong program governance, project planning, risk management, and dependency management capabilities.· Executive presence with experience presenting technology delivery updates to senior leadership.· Ability to communicate technical risks, decisions, and recommendations to nontechnical audiences.· Experience managing systems integrators, external vendors, and other third-party delivery partners.· Solid organizational skills with the ability to introduce structure within ambiguous or challenging environments.· Confidence to challenge stakeholders, manage competing expectations, and push back when necessary.· Willingness to remain hands-on with plans, schedules, reporting,



and day-to-day delivery activities.· Ability to work onsite in Toronto at least two days per week and attend additional in-person meetings when required.Nice-to-Have Qualifications· Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated industry.· Experience with patient, customer, or client-support platforms.· Experience replacing or consolidating legacy applications.· Experience designing standardized onboarding processes for multiple programs, business units, or external partners.· Experience working with product teams that are developing their Salesforce capabilities.· Background managing transformations within complex enterprise environments such as financial services.Required Experience· 10+ years of relevant project or program management experience.· Previous leadership of a Salesforce implementation or major Salesforce initiative.· Experience leading complex, enterprise-level business and technology transformations.· Experience overseeing data migration planning, readiness, dependencies, risks, and execution.· Experience working with senior executives, cross-functional business teams, technology leadership, systems integrators, and third parties.· Demonstrated ability to take ownership of an established program requiring stronger governance, structure, and delivery leadership.Education & Certifications· Degree, diploma, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.· Project or program management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent credential are considered an asset.· Salesforce certifications are considered an asset but are not a substitute for direct Salesforce program leadership experience.Application ProcessIf interested, please apply directly or contact the Everforth recruitment team for additional information.
