Nurse is responsible for assessing residents, implementing care strategies, and supervising staff to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies. Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care based on best practices
Monitor resident conditions and document vital signs
Oversee and educate nursing staff and new hires
Prepare the facility for RAI MDS reviews
Take charge during the Director of Care's absence Requirements:
Valid nursing registration in Ontario
Experience in a long-term care setting
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Commitment to resident health and safety
