Nolinor Aviation is currently seeking a Captain on the Boeing 737-200 for its Yellowknife base. Please note that this position is not a rotational position.

Operate the aircraft in accordance with Transport Canada regulations, manufacturer standards, and Nolinor directives;

Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of all passengers on board, from takeoff to landing;

Ensure all crew members perform their duties properly and professionally during flight operations;

Participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS);

Possibility of conducting line checks and providing line training;

Participate in updates to aircraft procedures and manuals;

Perform any other related duties as outlined in the Company Operations Manual.

Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL);

Have PIC or FO jet hours, or PIC hours under 705;

Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident;

Hold a valid passport;

Strong leadership skills;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Customer service–oriented with the ability to build strong client relationships;

Ability to work well in a team environment;





Flexible and able to adapt to a variable work schedule;

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with passengers on board and various stakeholders.
